A 4-Day Spiritual Journey Through the Sacred Land of Gaura Mandala
 

The Mayapur Tourism Division presents the Kartik Gaura Mandala Yatra 2026, a journey through sacred places connected with Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, Sri Nityananda Prabhu, and Their beloved associates.

Travel through historic Sripats, samadhi sites, birthplaces, sacred residences, temples and places connected with the pastimes and service of the devotees of Gaura-Nitai.

This yatra offers an opportunity to visit places that preserve the memories of the devotees who served and glorified Sri Gauranga Mahaprabhu and Sri Nityananda Prabhu.

Sacred Places to Visit:

Denura Sripat where Vrindavana Dasa Thakura composed Sri Chaitanya Bhagavata.                                                                                                                                                              
Kaudiya Birthplace of Sri Kesava Bharati, the revered sannyasa-guru of Sri Gauranga Mahaprabhu.
Kaichar / Kanaidanga  Darshan of the three sacred vigrahas of Gopijana Vallabha, the son of Sri Virachandra Prabhu.
Bharatpur Sripat of Nayanananda Thakura and darshan of Meyo Krishna, the beloved deity worshipped by Sri Gadadhara Pandita.
Jhamatpur Birthplace of Srila Krishnadasa Kaviraja Goswami. Darshan of his original handwritten manuscript and sacred padukas.
Uddharanpur Samadhi of Uddharan Thakura and darshan of the Gaura-Nitai deities worshipped by him.
Jajigram Residence of Srinivasa Acharya.
Srikhanda Residence of Narahari Sarkara, Mukunda and Raghunandana Dasa; home of the sacred Gopinatha and Pran Gaur vigrahas.
Baradanga Place associated with Lochana Dasa Thakura, where he composed Chaitanya Mangala.
Sitalagrama Residence of Dhananjaya Pandita.
Kogram Birthplace of Lochana Dasa Thakura.
Gaurangabadi Sacred place connected with Mahaprabhu's sannyasa pastimes.
Sachir Agra Birthplace of Madhunabi, the barber who shaved Mahaprabhu's hair at the time of His sannyasa.
Madhai Tala          Places connected with the residence and pastimes of Jagai and Madhai.
Akhaihata Samadhi of Kala Krishna Dasa, who served Sri Gauranga during His South India tour.


A Journey Through Living Memories

These are not simply places to visit. Each destination is connected with the lives, service and devotion of devotees who played an important role in the pastimes and glorification of Sri Gauranga and His associates.

During the four-day yatra, devotees will have the opportunity to visit 16+ sacred pastime places, hear about their significance, and take darshan of sacred deities and relics preserved at several of these sites.
